• BookCheck Online - where Sage is provided Online to share between the client and BookCheck staff usually offsite
• Onsite - where Sage is used by the client and there is a specific need for BookCheck to be onsite
• National postal service - using secure document bags where Sage is not used by the client
• Sage Remote - where Sage is run on the client's computer and BookCheck staff access this over the web 

BookCheck Online - the National Service

• The Sage system is held securely in London - encrypted to the highest level i.e. bank online 128 bit
• Allows any number of client staff to share the system simultaneously live 24/7 with BookCheck staff on or offsite
• Password control gives individual levels of access to Sage data
• Allows clients to handle stock, order processing and sales invoice creation - then look up information, print invoices and reports etc
• Allows client offices to be linked easily
• Allows managers to operate from home or other office 
• No network system is required at the client, just a broadband web browser

Instructions for Demo testing BookCheck Online

1. Go to www.bookcheck.co.uk
2. At top right of screen click on small padlock
3. email: onlinedemo@bookcheck.co.uk
   password: demo


Screen appears as below



Click on BC Online SSL Certificate / Open, accepting the defaults from the wizard until you click on finish at the end. (There will be an alert come up during the wizard, tick yes to continue.)

Click on BC Online Client Software / Open, accepting the defaults from the wizard until you click on finish at the end.

This has set you up with security permission to use the Online Service


4. Go to https://bconline.hopto.org/citrixaccess
   • For User Name / Password / Domain, use demo1 / captain$32 / backsvr - click Login
   • Click on the Sage Line 50 Demo Company One logo
   • At the Sage Logon Screen Logon = user1 password = 1user
   • Feel free to add data
   • To Exit Sage click X at top right or File / Exit, at Exit Program dialog box click No to Backup Data
   • At BookCheck Online screen click on Log Off
